Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Toronto provides leadership, supports social services, and advocacy to address ongoing and emerging needs in the community. We are currently searching for Registration & Check-In volunteers to be the first friendly face attendees see at Synergy Toronto 2026.
Synergy Toronto 2026 is a step toward breaking down silos, encouraging dialogue, and identifying opportunities for joint action among many Catholic organizations. This conference, as reflected in its current title, Synergy, is about unity, clarity, and transformation. It is a strategic effort to strengthen our collective voice and capacity to serve.
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome and check in attendees, distribute badges, lanyards, and welcome materials
- Help with on-site registration, payment questions, and updates to registration details
- Answer general questions and provide wayfinding support around the venue
- Help keep the registration area organized and well-stocked throughout your shift
Good Fit If You:
- Are warm, organized, and comfortable being someone’s first point of contact
- Enjoy meeting new people
- Can stay calm and helpful during busy check-in periods
Time Commitment:
The event is from November 3, 2026 to November 5, 2026. Shifts available Monday evening (early check-in) through Thursday, heaviest Tuesday morning
